  • 2901 Uniformity error. Check this pic.

Uniformity cannot complete, and this is what I have,

I reloaded different MLVA data but all the same, no difference.
What could be the problem with the MLVA unit, what do you advise me to do?

    - Do you try to replace MLVA lamp, clean reflector, dichroic filters, integrator section (the joint of the filter wheel integrator and the optical fiber)?
    - Any error while doing Uniformity?
    - What is your main system software version?

It gives me uniformity error. Am using H002 version. I changed lamp, cleaned all parts but no change.
I managed to get another MLVA unit from another machine and it worked well and completed uniformity, quality was good.
but when I put back the original Mlva unit, still the same problem. Seems as if the fibre cable is transmiting less light on one side!

I need a solution that can work for me without having to buy the whole Mlva unit assembly!
      help.
      thx.

Clean MVLA head and try to follow these steps:
        1. Initialize the MLVA data.
        2. Del unf_m_nai.dat (on C:\Noritsukoki\QSS-29\Data folder)
        3. Perform Inner Calibration Correction Adjustment.
        4. Carry out the Load Voltage Adjustment.
        5. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 2.
        6. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 3.
        7. Carry out Uniformity Pattern 4.
        8. Del UNF_FB.dat (on C:\Noritsukoki\QSS-29\Data folder)
        9. Copy the UNF01.dat file and paste it on desktop.
        10.Rename "UNF01.dat" on the desktop to "UNF_FB.dat"
11.Move the renamed "UNF_FB.dat" file to Data folder mentioned in item 8.
        12.Perform the Uniformity pattern 1:
        - Choose the paper magazine.
        - Choose "Pass": to Cancel and skip the test print.
        - Start the Uniformity measurement with the calibrator.
        - Press "YES" key
        13. Confirm the print quality.

All procedures I listed above that help uniformity of prints becomes better when no error occurs after carried out uniformity via daily setup.

                  About your case, please check:
                  - Clean all parts related to MLVA light source.
                  - Replace new MLVA lamp, carry out MLVA lamp change setup.
                  - Any error after you carry out uniformity via Daily setup or MLVA lamp change setup?

I have tried to take time and do all that u told me Haphandinh but there is \uniformity correction error \ when you reach on the uniformity pattern 2.

Does not go beyond this and the result is the same.

I have even tried upgrading the computer and was successfull but all the same no change.

Any other information I can utilize pliz?

Have you tried to carry out uniformity (Uniformity Pattern 1) with Flatbed scanner?

No, You can't. You have to find one scanner (UMAX ASTRA) on the list for uniformity procedure.
