any error message on the screen?

I had a simlar problem last week, there was a message saying cutter operation error... I found there're 3 little screws came off in the blade motor, if you can take out the motor should be very easy to fix it, it's easy for me.

          Hi Tagurokoki
I have had problem with cutter unit. I have replaced motor and now it is working well. Old motor is stil working, but it can not be used in cutter. You can read my story at topic QSS-33 Constant error. Good luck.

Did you operate the cutter in out put mode? check rotating speed of the motor? check the home sensor too.
