3111 recovery

Hello we have a problem with Qss 3111 we instaled the nod 32 anti virus and we make a saning and all change to blue on the monitor screm and all was erased, we are tryning make a recovery but it isn`t posible. some body know if it equipe have a special configuration on the 2 Har Disck? is it difererento to the 3011? some body can help me please
