It is ridiculious. You are trying Guessing and almost replaced everything in the machine. I am surprised to see your post that you did not tried to swap or replace an AOM. :P

            1. "Grounding" - the most probable cause. Call out a specialist and check it.
            2. try to cool the lab. use a movable air-conditioner and point the cool air into PC area of the lab. See the result and report us.

Voltage is okay Line to ground 214v and N to groung 9v.
and i am using 2(3011) machine in the same place.and lab temp is cool.the A.C is blowing directly on machine.

Also try to replace Blue AOM with another working one and not from the same machine.

In addition to the suggestions that have already been made try replacing the blue laser driver board.

We think that the problem is in Exposure Advance unit only.
Paper has periodical stops during the exposure so you have such lines.
Swap Exposure Advance unit with your second lab and report us the result of swapping.

If you do not have lines- the rpoblem is in your defective Exposure Advance unit.

On this suspicious unit you should look at:
                        1. Pulse Motor (wire with connector P462 comes to it) which rotate shaft with yellow knob.
                        2. worn out bearings, rollers or gears.

Do not forget to write us the result of this problem solving.

In the Bigning i worte that i already changed my Exposure center, paper supply unit, pm driver printer I/oPcb 1 and 2,Compleat Laser Unit, now A.O.M but its not help.
if it is wrining problem so which wire you people are suspecting? so then i will check that wire,

                            Well...well...well
                            anyway you have the lines...

If you changed them all and have no changes- it means that power supply of your pulse motors is not perfect.
Try to change all Power Supply units which supply Exposure Advance Unit's PMs.
Sorry- but I cannot image what to do else here...

What is the main problem, the yellow colour, the lines on the prints, or both?

Have you tried replacing the green and blue Laser driver boards?

Did both the yellow prints and the lines start at the same time?
Did the problem start all of a sudden?

Have you tried doing a Windows recovery and software re-load, just in case it is a software related issue?
