What width paper is that? What is the print size?

Is this line on every print, is the line always in the same place?

If you print a grey print does the line have any colour to it?

If the prints are still twisted try performing the Arm unit 1 Zig Zag correction.

Thank you for a quick respond. No the line is not on every print but only in some pictures. For example the line might appeare on a a picture and after a reprint the line disappear. We are using 4, 5, 6, and 8 inch papers. And we print 4X6, 5X7, 6X8, 8X10 and 8X12. Yes in every print the line appeares on the same place. Unfortinately we haven't seen it on gray prints. Thank you.

The most likely cause is due to the print touching the entrance to the reverse unit arms, check the reverse arms are aligned properly, check the belt tensions etc.
