My guess would be either the exposure advance unit is not pushing the paper into the arm, or the rollers on the arm are not pulling the paper in.
You can check the operation of the motors in output check, feed a piece of paper manually into each section and see if the rollers transport it properly.

The instructions for adjusting the arm are attached.

Is the problem happening on all widths and lengths of paper, or is only on certain print sizes?
Is every print jamming, or is it intermittently jamming?

It seems like the original problem was just the dirty rollers, but most likely now the values are all wrong.
Can you put the correction values back to their original settings by loading in the backup data?

There is significant difference in value of other sensors, only exposure end sensorís value is 19 others are in range of 9-10, could it cause jam?

Thanks for reply, reverse unit appears to be in order and it is holding and rolling paper manually, I noticed that the receiving position of turn unit is not 2 mm from exit advance unit, I tried changing values but it remained lower by approximately 2 mm, seems like pressure release arm not in position, please any help on how to adjust the turn unit for accurate receiving

Check the reverse guide is not broken. It's the red part in the drawing.
Make sure the rollers on the reverse guide are clean and gripping the paper properly.

Thanks for your reply, tried all above all motors are functioning and sensors are ok, paper is not entering the turn motor completely missing by like half inch to be fed to advance motor 3 even after putting maximum value of -1.5 mm

Hello. 6209-0003 means even when a specified length of paper is advanced after the exposure end sensor has turned DARK, the exposure end sensor does not turn LIGHT. Check that the exposure start sensor and exposure end sensor are not soiled, perform Paper Sensor LED Light Intensity Adjustment in Functions of Paper Sensor Adjustment. Go to output check and test motors. Also go to input check and test sensors there.
