  • Qss-3202 pro/ processor time comes out

A problem with the processor time, it comes out and the driver motor stops before the last two or three prints can come out of the dryer! While printing the error message paper has jammed in the processor section appears. I looked for processor time setting using the service mode and I found nothing. I use QSS32-PRO VER. 8.02, do you think it is a software issue? If yes; what QSS ver. is appropriate? Or what is the fix? Thank you.

Is the process specification set correctly in the machine specification?
Is the machine type setting correct? i,e 3201, 3202 or 3203?

Do the drive motor revolution count setting calibration.

If the problem still exists it's likely there will be bad rollers in the wet section or dryer rack causing the prints to slip.

      Hi again NORITSU HELP,
I found that the racks of CD & BF tanks belong to QSS-2901 !!!! and they were replaced with the correct ones and everything is going smoothly.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP AND TIME.

Thank you for coming back and updating us with the cause of the problem. I can't say it's something I would have considered having 2901 racks fitted to a 3202!

But I found that the racks of 2901 are a little bit longer although they have the same height but the number of the rolers is less in the racks of 3201- 3201and the level of the rubber tube in the bottom is higher in 3201-2 racks than those of 2901, so it takes shorter time. THANK YOU

Yes more rollers means a longer time in the developer if the drive speed is designed for the racks with less rollers. The 3203 has the longer racks with the belt at the very bottom.
