  • No black color on lustre paper Qss 3300

Dear Noritsu help, i have a strange problem - only on lustre paper i have no fully black color, it is too bright and has a kind of reddish-blueish hue, the emulsion number change indicates that everything is OK, but the prints have no pure black and have lowered overall contrast. On glossy paper the problem does not exist, everything is 100% fine.
I use lustre Kodak Endura Premier paper, i always used it and everything was fine. I can't do magazine registration because my setup is made on this paper, i'm afraid that if i do the setup now, every other kind of paper will have problems...
Thanks in advance for any advice, in the past i could always count on Your help

Can you get a screen shot of the colorimeter readings?
If you are worried about causing problems with the other papers, just do an All Data backup, should anything go wrong you can simply reload your Backup data to restore the previous settings.
