  • QSS 3300 Print has vertical line is same spot on every print

My 3300 is has a faint, vertical beige line on every print. It's appears to be some type of dirt line, however I have deep cleaned every rack/tank/crossover and replaced chemistry and filters. The line is vertical rather than inline with the paper path. The line is also in the same spot on every print.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Does the line wash off with water?

A sample print showing the problem would be helpful.

What do you mean ''vertical line'' ? What is a paper and print size? Is this line parallel with paper transporting, or it goes vertically?
Where is this line - at the beginning of print, in the middle, or end?
The common fault on QSS33xx is broken black plastic ( part no. C007703 ) in paper reverse unit. When it is broken gap is not opened enough and very hard paper to go inside it. As result paper will be trapped and you have vertical gray line.
