  • Konica Minolta R2 Super 700 Film Scanner issue

We own a Konica Minolta R2 Super 700 for a few weeks, and we still learning to work whit the machine. So far the machine is working great, very good quality.Recently a costumer came to us and he wanted a couple of 135mm film's to be scanned and write to a CD.
How ever we couldn't find out how the scanner works.
So i'm asking if anyone is kind enough to give us a guide or show us a tutorial how this operation is done we will be very great full.
We bought the machine whit the UFC carrier and the 135AFC carrier, the 240AFC seems to be missing.
Either we are doing something wrong or the film scanner desen't work propertly.
If any one have a User Guide for the R2 it will do the work too.

To write CD directly you should have CD writing software in your license dongle. Can add this option, if you need it. Without license you can scan to HD only. You have go to scanner settings, set scan quality, output file type and all other properties. If scanning works when you make prints from film that means your scanner is working and you can use it for scanning too. If not - many reasons can cause it. Can be scanner disabled in software settings ( have go and enable it ) . Also can be something wrong in scanning properties. Hard to say something when do not see menu. Can ask your engineer to check all. Some time ago solved scanning problems for customer from Canada. There had upgrade scanner software, enable it, change some settings and make adjustments. I'm from Europe and could not came to minilab, so did all using Teamviewer.
