We do not have installation discs and restoring backup from image file, sometimes machine would give message about inconsistency in profile and printer version is there any manual entry we need to perform?

The error numbers are usually 4 digits. I can't find error #302.
My suggestion is to carry out the paper registration setup again with the new AOM driver.

Machine prints normal with this AOM driver and this AOM is confirmed working on other machine, we are able to do Emulsion number change, Black Balance, Daily Setup on already registered Glossy (127), problem comes when we try to do initial setup or try to register new paper type, after initializing data first comes normal but colorimeter says measurement failed, measure again while keeps on reapeating process with same message

Clean the calibration plate with mild soap and water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Clean the drive rollers in the colorimeter unit. Check the colorimeter feed and stop positions are correct.
You may need to try a different dryer temperature.

What paper type is the 127 Glossy?
What new paper type and width are you trying to setup?

Where did you change the dryer temperature setting?
There is a separate dryer temperature setting for setup in Service mode, Extension → Processor Settings → Processor Standard Setting → Dryer Section Setting (Auto Setup)
